About ITIL 2011 ITIL stands for IT Infrastructure Library, and it is a public framework that includes the best practices in the field of IT service management and now it is considered as the de facto standard in this field. Training Duration The training session will last for 12 days, from Saturday to Thursday, for two consecutive weeks from 9 am to 5 pm. The exams will be arranged and taken during and after the training days. Each exam duration will have an extra 30 minutes for non-native speakers of English.
