    About ITIL 2011
    ITIL stands for IT Infrastructure Library, and it is a public framework that includes the best practices in the field of IT service management and now it is considered as the de facto standard in this field.

    Training Duration
    The training session will last for 12 days, from Saturday to Thursday, for two consecutive weeks from 9 am to 5 pm. The exams will be arranged and taken during and after the training days. Each exam duration will have an extra 30 minutes for non-native speakers of English.

    ITIL 2011 Training Courses Outlines
    Narita Academy, in cooperation with EGYBYTE, which is an international
    ITIL 2011-accredited training provider, will provide ITIL 2011 Expert fast
    boot camp training courses which will enable its attendees to gain the
    following credits:

    1-  ITIL 2011 Foundation (24 Hours, 2 credits)
    2-  ITIL 2011 Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA) (16 Hours, 4 credits)
    3-  ITIL 2011 PLANNING, PROTECTION AND OPTIMIZATION (PPO) (16 Hours, 4 credits)
    4-  ITIL 2011 Release Control and Validation (RCV) (16 Hours, 4 credits)
    5-  ITIL 2011 Operational Support and Analysis (OSA) (16 Hours, 4 credits)
    6-  ITIL 2011 Managing Across the LifeCycle (MALC) (8 Hours, 5 credits)

    Any attendee must have 22 credits or higher to gain the ITIL Expert
    certificate from the UK Cabinet Office.
